In the case of big orders of ₹ 5,000/- or more may be hold for further review as payment is authorized, completed and verified by client. In some situations where billing address and shipping address are different then in these cases additional information will be required to verify the validity of order and to product fraud or abuse of Credit/Debit card holder.
In the case we make any change to order or cancel an order, we should attempt to send you notification for contacting you by email or billing address/phone number given at the time of order. We also reserve the rights to stop, limit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by Distributors, Dealers or Resellers. What is the return policy?
Products that are not what you expected them to be will be returned or exchanged. We will exchange or refund any products that are in their original condition and packaging with the correct reciept within 7 days of its purchase, Products may be returned to K Health Care via mail or store. The customer is repsobsible to ship the package back. To return a product, sign into your K Health Care account, or call us to recieve a RMA # for your product. You can only request a RMA # within 7 days ofNo returns will happen without our authorization.
What is the return policy for damaged products?
If the product is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery, and we will replace it and pay the shipping costs.
How can I ship back a product that I do not want?
to ship the package back. To return a product, sign into your K Health Care account, or call us to receive a RMA Number for your product. We will only give a RMA Number within 7 days of receiving the product. All orders must have a RMA Number when returned. The returned orders without a RMA Number can’t be identified, and refunds may not be applied.
When will I be refunded for my return?
We will refund all the money by the original form of payment used for the purchase. If the product is returned through mail, we will refund the money, except for the shipping fees once we have received the product in new condition.
Do you have a restocking fee?
Yes, a 25% stocking fee is applied to all returns.
What products are non-returnable?
Our non-returnable products include incontinence items, hospital and adjustable beds, mattresses and support surfaces, sheets, pillows, hygiene items, bath products, wound care products, power patient Lifts & stand-up lifts, slings by Drive Medical, custom wheelchairs, Geri-Chairs, Handcycles, Socks, Hose, Ramps, Respiratory items, Wheelchair Cushions and Backs, Spenco Sandals, refurbished items, and diagnostic testing supplies.
What is the Cancellation Policy ?
At K Health Care, we believe in providing absolute customer satisfaction and pleasant shopping experience. Most of the items are processed for shipment through our system within few minutes of placing the order. You can cancel your order before the product has been processed for shipment. Once the shipment is processed for departure, returns and refunds will be applicable according to K Health Care return policies.

Any product that you canceled may be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of total amount. The refund on canceled orders will be credited back to the original method of payment mode. Coupons or any special offer applied on the order will not be credited back. K Health Care reserves the right to cancel any order. The orders can’t be changed or modified once processed for shipment.
